I haven't found any threads for repairing torn headliner fabric. Loaned 2001 V-70 to grandson. Grandson and friends loaded bulky band equipment into the car(!!) and made a 9" gash in the headliner fabric. Grandson is toast. Also broke....this won't be repaired at the dealership.

Any suggestions for repairing the damage? How expensive is it to do? How likely is it that it can be repaired by a do-it-yourselfer? Thanks!
