Here are some ideas for you.

1. Complete STAGE 0 first. Go over to http://www.vovlospeed.com

2. I would get a boost/vac guage so you know what your boosting. Also it is a good diagnostics tool. I don't know where you will mount it as I don't think there are pods out there for the S80. But you will think of something and as others on this board and Volvospeed.

3. Upgrade the exhaust system. 3" downpipes to 2.5" catback system (Both mandrel bent of course). I would have a local muffler shop that can mandrel bend do this for you it will be cheaper, way cheaper. The CAT and muffler should be as free flowing as possible, like use a MAGNAFLOW straight through design muffler.

4. Upgrade the intake. The stock airbox is the best design. However you can put a K&N panel filter in and or use a stock filter, but a brand new one. Or put a cone filter on your MAF and put some kind of custom heatshield around it.

5. You can get an ECU tune as well.

6. Upgrade your turbos to something bigger.
