Default Intermitent horn honking
I have a 1994 850 turbo wagon that over the last couple of days the horn will honk for no reason when the steering wheel is turned. Has anyone else experienced this?

No but it is probably a short in the connections in the steering wheel. You could try taking the front cover off and see if you can spot the culprit. Be careful of the air bag however.

The steering wheels mess up all the time. The plastics holding the wires for the ground break causing the horn to stay on or honk when ever it wants to.

Is there a quick or easy fix. Would one of the repair manals have a description of how to perform this type of operation?

There is a kit you can buy to repair it. It comes with instructions to do it.
