If you misplace your spare remote (like I did), like for a couple of years (like I did) and find out that it doesn't work (like I did), then replace the battery (like I did) and find out that it still doesn't work (like I did). Is it dead (like it's acting)or can it be reprogrammed (like I hope) for not much (like I hope again)? Thanks

 

Your 99' is going to require a dealer program. No clue how much it costs, but since it's the dealer, I assume it's going to cost some bank.

 

But, do you think it will cost less than a new remote?

PS I should just call the dealer...........

 

It should cost .5 labor and $30.00 for the software.
