lol...indeed. I've seen better jobs (like this one from turbobricks). I don't think grafting is the answer...

 

It is people like them that make this world interesting. However, those Volvos are just way too ugly and I feel offended and humiliated by their sincere effort[8D]. I'm sure they have their own philosophy & sophisticated marketing strategy about converting Volvos into semi-SUV (Self Uglifying Vehicles), but they could've used something else, like Honda Civic or something or better yet, Lexus Lh whatever. Why did it have to be Volvo?

Gentlemen (you and me alone so far), it is time that we battle against world's uglifiers.

BTW, good findings, I'm impressed.

this is my all time favorite...

if it weren't for the fact that the Cross country AWD wasn't meant for what this thing is built for, I'd be interested in building one.....aside from teh $50,000 I'm sure the guy spent doing it. Hell, for $7,000 a guy could import a perfectly Sweed Stored Surplus military grade C303.....6x6....that'd be the way I'd offroad Volvo style.
