I have 2003 S80 T6. CD in the radio died so I am looking for replacement but I do not want to go with aftermarket radio. Can I replace HU-801 with another model? Looks like HU-801 are expensive and I do not really need changer or Dolby. Single CD player would be nice as long as I could use all speakers and steering controls.

Anybody know what other radio models would swap easily? My HU-801 uses three connectors in the back (square green, square gray and round black).

Do you have any auto recycling facilities (used to be called junkyards) in your area? Given the age of your ride, somebody else has wrecked one and a direct replacement might be available without fit or connection worries. In major metro areas, there is usually some dealer (not the car dealer) who specializes in such things. too.
