My raidio plays but has no display anymore...I tried turning it off and counting to ten but I turned it back on and it lights up but no display..works fine..looks great..as long asI do not wonder what stationI am listening to..

well I would perform a swedish reboot by disconnecting the battery for about 5 mins very common procedure on saabs when this happens to them. not sure on volvo thou may cause more harm then good.

Thank You! Well the nearest dealership is 3 hours away..soI might just live with no display....I am scared to disconnect anything.

 

Don't disconnect the radio unless you have the anti theft code. It is a 4 digit number. If you don't have the code in your possession then when you unhook the radio you wont be able to use it til you input the code. You can also get the code from the dealer if you give them the VIN.

 

I did nothing and It works now...weird huh? Well I can live with that.
