I have an s2006 Certified Used Volvo S60. I just took my car to the dealership and they informed me that the PVC box has gone bad and believe it or not it is not covered under the Certified extended warranty. The cost of this repair is over $800.00 ! The car only has 68000 miles. Is this normal?
