Hello...I have an 2006 R but I don't. Bought it in Feb with only 15k miles on it and it March got run into by a guy driving an old tuna fish can...it has ben in the body shop for 20 weeks...one of Natrionwide's "BlueRibbon" shops. Finally they tossed the towell in on it and sent it to Annapolis Volvo. Original estimate of damamge was $17k....thank the Lord the bodyshop (Tri-State associated with Apple Ford) is paying for my rental vehicle. I have put over 10,000 miles on the rental. One of these days I will be driving a Volvo though I am really concerned that I have nixed the warranty with this accident. Car was hit on drivers side wheel well by vehicle doing 35 to 40 mph. I had only owned it for 4 weeks...what a nightmare it has been. I don't know who I pissed off or did wrong but I hope they got their karmas-worth![:'(]
