s80 fuel line replacement
Dear Tech, Do you have any recommendations on replacing the fuel line(tank to engine) on a 1999 s80? I replaced the line from the tank to the filter this summer. Now the other line has a leak in it. Do Ineed to remove the fuel tank to replace the line? Thank you
The pressure line?
It should only go from the filter to the motor if it is the pressure line. If you had already replaced it from the tank to the filter then you should have to replace it now from the filter to motor correct?

Sorry but im not following to well. If it is the pressure line half comes from the tank to the filter. Then the other side of the filter should go straight to the motor.
Does it look like it will be in the top of the tank?
If so then you might have to drop it some.
I have only ever had to replace one and it was about 8 years ago.

If I remember correctly drop the exhaust and heatsheild and it should drop down.
But also if you access the hole to replace the fuel pump you might not have to drop it all the way. You might be able to only drop it some and work through the hole.
