im jennifer i have a t4 v40 1998 with 180000 miles with full history and extensive receipts been well looked after by last owner and cared for regardless.i havnt had car long but now have noticed using a lot of oil and smoke from exhaust wen accelerate hard also wen i pop hood theres smoke coming from below heat shield around turbo area.my problem also is now wen acclerating wen around 2500-3000 rpm in gears there seems to be no boost or sometimes there is and serious missing wen it does hit aroung 2500-3000 rpm.
can some1 please help is this my turbo or could it be worse lady driver so not too clued up lol
