hey guys i just got a 95 obd2 volvo 850 turbo and it runs great and i just got a new radiator in it and its doing good but, when i fully get on it the turbo gage goes about 1/3 of the way on the white and i dont know if thats rite or not and when the car idles, i can here a little air leeking noise rite were the turbo is. also, its an automatic but when i first start it up for about 5 minuts of driving it wont shift i have to put it into the gears manualy...maybe it needs a tranny flush im not really sure and im new to volvos soo i have no clue about anything thanks

What do you mean you have to put it into the gears manually? Is it a manual transmission? And if your hearing an air leak by your turbo, well then that's why your not boosting. And on a stock 850 turbo, the needle should only make it about half way in the white.

First, you have some kind of boost leak. I would check the vacuum lines running from the turbo and the wastegate.

Second, you should take a look at your trans fluid. From the sounds of it, it needs to be flushed ASAP.
