Are there any good s60r forums? This one sucks.

Well, it is what you make it. And No, there are not a lot of great volvo forums out there. But if you look at production statistics, there aren't a lot of volvo's out there either. If you really want a crappy forum, buy a maserati, jaguar, ferrari, etc.. Same deal, not a lot of them out there and not much of a forum.
Regarding the s60r, I did own an s60 and "almost" bought an "r". Great car. To me the main difference in the platforms as a driver was the AWD. And the "r" seats were fantastic in regards to the leather. Loved the butternut colored almost orange leather option. Same color and just as good IMHO as the maserati I tested. Wound up buying the jag XJR instead, but never forgot the volvo. (And as always, the volvo seats were more comfortable than the jags). My thought is that the leather quality can be masked as high end for the first 60k miles, but then it starts to show. I've ridden in Bentleys maybachs and such, and really high quality leather shows use but not deterioration.
Anyway, enjoy your "r" and know that you are one of the rare volvo owners. Looking at production stats, there aren't a lot of us out there.
