I'm contemplating my 7th Volvo purchase....currently have an '07 XC90 with 67,500 miles (got kids/grandkids to see!). Can't decide whether to trade it in for fewer miles/warranty or keep it til it dies, saving the downpayment for my next one. My old Volvos could go to 200,000+ miles, but I'm not sure the new ones can do that. Any thoughts on what I should do?? Reading previous threads, I'm leaning towards trading now. Thanks much - hope someone reads this ASAP!

 

First of all find out which transmission it has. I know the early XC90's have the GM transmissons which are prone to fail and fail pretty early. Since yours is a 2007 im not sure which transmission you have. But I would find out if I were you.
