My volvo 940 only has 50K MILES....!!! and i was wondering how much i can get for it?

 

A 95 with that few miles should be worth more than you think, but you'd have to seel it outright which should be no problem. If you go to trade it in though they will give you nearly nothing.

 

Go to www.kbb.com and find the Private Party Price. That's what you should be able to sell it outright for, the wholesale value is what you MIGHT get on a trade in and the retail value is what the dealer will try and get for it when the resell it. The only time I trade a car in vs. sell it outright is when there is something wrong with the car and I'm not comfortable telling somebody about it, or when the dealer offers me as much as I think I can sell it for outright. The latter only happened once when I traded a 4Runner in on a brand new Suburban in Colorado.
