Suspicious, but even if it is accurate you'll notice it had 66,000 on it in 2011 and now has 66,437 meaning it only got driven 437 miles in the last 5 years?
Unless someone has already done it be prepared to spend a boat load of money on this car to make it road worthy. All that sitting around is just as hard on belts, hoses, fluids, tires, brakes, brake lines, etc., as being driven 15K miles a year.

I agree. Extremely low mileage is often worse than regular mileage.
