I have a Vanagon it only weighs 3150 LBS I would think that the 745 is close to it in weight. The vanagon is unibody,rear engine vehicle so why would it cut thru the volvo so easily. could you imagine one of the monster suvs. just seems very strange to me.

The " A" pillar isn't designed to nor is it massive enough to deflect a 3100 vehicle hitting it head-on.

 

i am curious what the average weight is for a 745?
