Just bought the car and love it, but the voice command option doesn't work.
thought the button may be bad, but when the trip computer is up, and the voice activation button is pressed, it clears the display.
When I look in the settings menu I see the voice commands options greyed out. This xc60 has all the options except air ride and t8, so I would assume voice command should be included.
Hoping it is a simple fix and can avoid the dealer.

It is like this regardless if the car is in park or not.
