Default How big is the MAF sensor diameter?

I'm considering using one of these for a megasquirt install and want to know how big the Mass Air Flow sensor is, like off a Bosch LH system?

Thanks, didn't think of that. Oh wait, don't have access to one. Don't want to go the MAP route that 99% of the other MS users do.

Need to know as this will be a swap from different car to mine and what the intake size will be. Anyone have a junked car with the airbox off or your car being worked on? Thanks.

which model are we talking about here?
if it is LH2.4 then you can run the 3" maf from a 960.
iirc the stock size is ~2.75"

Mass airflow sensors come in different 'sizes' to accommodate different amounts of airflow. Each MAF has a certain amount of air that it can 'see.' For cars that are running high-boost, high horsepower applications, larger sized MAFs are necessary to be able to convey the right signal along to the ECU.
