Ok first let me say hi..just joined today..im kurt. And im in fresno area(lemoore where the new F-35 Raptors are going to be stationed.2nd this is my 3rd volvo staion wagon..i love them but hate paying for name it..my 1st was a 850,2nd was a 740 turbo..that met a terriable end,3rd..well this on is special..1998 V70R in burnt orange.it is absolutly gorgeous on the in side.the outside only needs bumpers repainted ..i so love this car...it looks like it came off the showroom floor.got it for a song..1500.00spare parts,radiator,boxes and boxes..however i got it home,drove it for one day and had to get it towed home ,girl friend was pissed..well i can get a new girl friend..but it seems to have a complete transmission falure..is this common problem..i discovered that the transfer case and rear drive shaft was missing or removed..in any case..i need a new/used T case and torque converter s
and a new tranny. The one that bolts to the car..not the other kind..shes at home..where do t get those? Im in fresno area..and where do i get a digital copy of the service/repair manual for free or even hard copy for free for a 1998 V70R awd engine has been rebuilt with performance parts
