So I've had my '04 s40 1.9 for about two years wasn't driven too often until recently.The car was sold as a double salvage title Soo I knew it would have some issues for starters the fuel gauge reads empty all the time with the low fuel warning light always on.I read on these forums that it may be the fuel level sender so I took it out did an ohm reading the float checked out well so I cleaned the contacts on the variable resistor put it back in and still having the same problem the gauge Warning light rarely ever goes out once in a while when the tank

is full it reads a little past empty so trying to figure that out if anyone has any idea let me know should I just replace the whole fuel pump/sending unit assembly?.That was just one of the problems I have with the car along with a flex pipeleak,strut mount clunk and speedometer that reads sporadically,also have codes p0045 which is an evap large leak wondering how I would go about this would any one happen to have a series of steps or evap system and line routing diagram? looked on the Haynes Manual and it's pretty much useless.Lastly I have a p0015 code which I heard was reacurring

on these Volvo's previous owner probably didn't change oil regularly I don't want to just throw parts at these problems I would like to know the simplest fixes first and do a system of elimination I know it was a long post I appreciate the feedback from anyone with similar issues.Thanks
