Hi everyone! As you can see I am a new volvo owner.....not sure if I'm an enthusiast yet. Just bought a S40 with 168,000 miles on it. Title says it's a 01, however the parts seem to be for a 2000. Production date is 8/2000. After reading some posts I think I finally figured out what my vibration problem is. I talked to the guys at Axles Unlimited who confirmed that the passenger side axles usually go out not at the outer joint but the inner joint, interesting. I know it's best to put OEM parts on everything but my cash flow is getting a little tight. Any thoughts on the duralast gold axles?
