Door won't open with exterior handle

Door won't open with exterior handle
I have a 1999 S70 and the passenger door won't open by the exterior handle, It will open from the inside. I've pulled the door panel off the passenger door and have access to the interior mechanisms to look around. I need some advice on what to look for.
