Default Gas in my air tank filter and oil and hose in my 1990 740 Gle wagon

So like my 1990 740 gle wagon is dont doing so well i try to start it will turn over but wont start both fuel pumps comes on but my fuel intake pump fuse keeps blowing and it's putting gas in the air tank filter, the air tank hose that goes to the engine, the oil and it's like flooding it or something and then not wanting to turn over and I have to wait for the gas to Evaporate to get it to turn over again. But if I put a 10 fuse instead of the 15 it starts but it still putting gas everywhere

If the diaphragm breaks in the fuel pressure regulator it can spray gas through the small vacuum hose into the intake manifold and flood the engine. Or the pressure regulator can go bad and send too much pressure to the injectors and flood the engine. (not common)

Check the vacuum hose on the regulator to see if fuel comes out of it when the fuel pumps are running. And check the fuel pressure. If you get a lot of gas mixed in the oil you really should change the oil - gasoline does not lubricate very well.

So i found out that the rubber fuel hose was not in the correct place. But I can't figure out where to even connect it to. My car worked fine until I broke up with my ex and he did some shady stuff to it and it hasn't worked since like i have put over 1000 dollars in a year in to it. I know a lot of people and I have let maybe 5 different dudes who say they can work on cars try to fix it and I myself have tried I can't afford to take it to the shop and I just really need someone to show me where to put the fuel hose at!
