Unhappy Have a 1998 V40 Need HELP PLease

OK I have a 1998 V40 one day the blower stopped working. The AC Button does not light when pressed. The Fuse under the Steering Wheel is good. Replaced the Blower Resistor. No Joy Now I am out $185 and still not a clue what to do next. Is there another fuse box hidden maybe in the engine Compartment? Can anyone here point me in the right direction? Is there a relay I should check.

The other fusebox in the engine bay is located next to the air filter housing and the left suspension strut tower.
