Hello - Soon to be owner of a 2002 S80
Hello,
I am hoping to become a first time Volvo owner soon. Just waiting for some warranty work to be completed on a silver 2002 S80 with 23k miles.
This car will be replacing my 2004 Acura TSX that has 44k miles. I like the Acura a lot except for the manual transmission. The Acura is mostly paid for and I will be using the money saved for bedroom furniture that is needed due to my upcoming March 4th wedding. I am going to miss the Acura's navigation, but I am hoping the comfort of the S80 will make up for it.

I have had a manual transmission for the past 10 years and I am a bit tired of it. I don't think a luxury car should have a manual transmission, or at I should say I cannot drive a manual well enough for this car to feel like a luxury car. I know I will miss it some, but my frustration with it outweighs my foundness of it. Besides, I am still in the "hold hands" stage with my fiance...
