lose power on inclines, bad pick up, speed will build slowly to around 75- 80mph runs smooth only code is p0237 but dealer replaced, did nothing, still code, throttle checks good, software is up to date. get two messages, emissions service required and alarm service required, please help

2001 s80 t6 any help would be nice, thanks other than power loss engine purrs, volvo dealer checked codes only one is turbo boost sensor, put swapped it with several and made no difference voltages are ok, but curious as to the sensor next to what they said was boost sensor because i found that one on volvo parts store that claims that is boost sensor and other one is map sensor
