Hi 2007 C70 LOW MILES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NITE ALARM WILL GO OFF AND I HAVE TO DISCONNECT BATTERY AND RE SET EVERY THING, SO FAR NEW BATTERY,NEW POSITIVE WIRE TO FUSE BOX NEW FOB BATTERY CLEANED ALL GROUNDS,ITS WHEN CAR IS LOCKED AND RED LIGHT BLINKING IN A FEW HOURS IT SEEMS TO DISCONECT FROM THE WORLD AND I HAVE TO GET IN BY EMERGENCY KEY.ALSO RESET ALARM WITH FOB.

Not sure it applies to your model but some security modules have their own battery so that may be the root cause. The other possible issue is one of the sensors (ie microswitches) may be at fault. I'd probably invest $150 to have a dealer use their VIDA system for a deep scan to see if there's any stored codes or triage recommendations.
