My Old Baby's Gone
Just got rid of my old early 1994 940 SE turbo diesel estate. I'm still a 940 freak, so bought a late 1993 SE Wentworth estate. 140,000 on the clock but drives like new. Who needs a new car?
As luck would have it, both interiors were the same so I swapped over a couple of seats and lighting from the other one, as well as interior trim, front bumper and discs. Now I'm well pleased.
Cost me £900 only, about right for its age. With a bit of TLC I reakon it could go on to become a very nice classic.
I think I'll invest in a proper respray.
