Default New to me 1984 volvo 245 with a 302 swapped

Got this thing about 2 months ago. It wasnt running but for $400 I couldnt turn it down.

The swap was done many many years ago professionally by a shop with a Converse kit I believe. Its rocking a ford auto trans with a 302 5.0 HO.

It was hitting a hard point when cranking over by hand which turned out to be a stuck valve.

I grabbed a set of stock heads to toss on and at least get it running.

Current status is the motor is mostly back together asides from a few things such as vacuum lines. I ditched the smog but I want to retain the AC so I gotta find the correct length belt.

The big issue is my lack of fuel at the moment. From what I can tell with this swap they retained the 2 factory fuel pumps and also a stock filter along with a additional filter in the engine bay . So I found is that there is no power going to the connector and when we back the connector we cant hear the pump kicking on. I believe that there is a issue with the wiring going to the pump and also the pump may be failing.

Ill be working on that fun stuff in the next two weeks
