Hello everyone. Just took delivery of a XC60 - mild hybrid. White with whit interior. Love it so far. My question relates to Apple Car Play. Can Pair the phone with bluetooth but when selecting apple car play, it says plug in the cable. One of THE reasons we bought this car is due to trading in an Audi Q7 (didn't have wireless capability & was consuming walmart level volume of oil every 500 miles).

Anyone know what is going on with the required cable for Apple Car Play?

 

hi everyone let me tell you about myself, I am a retired automotive tech I have had a love for all things mechanical over the years I have been to many classes to further my knowledge but recently I bought my first Volvo it's a 1999 S70 turbo used of course 105,$$$ miles on it the owner had parked it because of a leak. I brought it home and discovered a oil leak from the intake cam seal so I ordered all my parts from the dealership timing belt water pump tensioner idler pulley spark plugs and I have my oil trap and intake gasket to service the PCV system and of course the cam seals, everything went well and it is running far better than I expected very smooth tons of power but today it overheated only while I had my A/C turned on, on many makes and models this could be simple to solve but why only when I am running my air conditioning that's my Question. thank you oh and no codes and the temp gauge never moved past normal
