Default New V70 XC owner

Hello forum! I'm Al and I recently purchased a 2002 V70 XC AWD. I am interested in advice about my vehicle. I would also enjoy communicating with people in my area but also from all over.
I purchased the vehicle from a lady in my neighborhood. The vehicle had been sitting for a few months and the battery was drained. I charged it with a charger that wasn't that great but it did charge. After reinstalling the battery it started without any issues. It ran and idled smooth without any overheating. AC also worked without any issues.
The tire blew so she had the spare but I don't think it was driven it that condition for long. I drove it on our street seemed to me the bolts were not tight enough. The tire did not shake but squeaked when entered the street off of driveway.
Drivers window is not working at all and drivers inside handle does not open the door, but outside handle will open it. All other windows work without any issues. Remaining doors are working except for tailgate. I am hoping because battery is low. It has some juice but only lights and they are dim, not enough to start vehicle. The manual mentions drivers door needs to be unlock by power. It did work before, but after battery got low again I could not get it to open.
Some of the lights are not working such as drivers headlight, but passenger is. Turn signal the same and licenses plate lights do not work.
Sunroof is not working. I did attempt to open it when vehicle was running. It is in the closed position with no sign of leaks.
I plan to attempt to charge battery and test at parts store. Replace if necessary as well as front drivers tire. Replace bulbs for lights and signals that are not working. I did take a look at some of the fuses and nothing is blown.
I would appreciate any advise. Hope to be safely on the road soon. Thank you in advance. Cheers everyone!

The left inside door handle is a common failure - it usually requires some reengineering to get the release cable to attach to the inner release lever. Driver window may be a bad master switch - those can be very expensive on some early cars. The new switch requires a software download to make it work!

Sunroof may not be working because the alarm siren module is bad. Long explanation needed for that but a good first step would be to scan all the modules with a compatible scan tool. If you are not familiar with VIDA - that is the best choice for diagnostics.

Default Battery replacement update V70

Thanks for the info. Replaced battery today
Started strong without any issues. Tailgate opening without any issues. Sunroof opening without any issues. Need to replace bulbs, head light low beam passenger is out. Park brake lights are out on passenger side. License plate lights are out. Fog lights are working well. Did this quick check by myself so once I can have someone or situate camera I will check everything again.
