Help! Had car for 3 years but last 6 months battery goes dead overnight. 4 Volvo dealerships unable to find problem. Replaced convertible top motor ($1,200), new battery ($300), alternator checked multiple times (no issues), multiple towing and battery charging costs. Volvo dealerships scratching their heads. Any help appreciated.

Codes? All doors closed tight? Radio turned off? Any upgrade or changes done to audio system? Trunk closed tight? No lights visible at night? All seat buttons working properly? Hooked up clamp on amp meter to see current draw at battery? 2amp battery charger hooked to battery each night cheaper than towing charge and battery recharging until problem found. No shorts in top motors? Windows and door locks work properly? All exterior lights work properly? Use volt/amp meter to check amperage draw at all fuses.

Thank you for your response. All doors closed tightly, radio off and no upgrades/changes to radio, trunk closed tightly, no lights visible at night, all seat buttons/windows/doors/ext. lights working properly, no shorts in top motors (all that replaced). Will make sure volt/amp checked on fuses.
Not sure what you mean by "codes?"
Again, thank you for your response and please let me know if you think of anything more I can do.
