have a 2020 S60 T6.

Genuinely don’t know much about cars (other than this is my favorite car I’ve ever owned) and recently the passenger door won’t respond on the outside. The locking mechanism works. The key fob is working and door opens from inside but nothing on the outside at all.

No recalls reported.

anyone dealt with this? Know a fix? A price I should expect if not something I can do at home?

does the interior door handle work? if its good but the exterior handle doesn't work, then its likely the connecting rod had come off or the handle has failed. Either way you'd need to remove the interior door card to check it out. Look for vids on Youtube for how to replace a door handle on a Volvo.
