Need to be a little more specific. top or bottom side of the engine? what side of the engine?

 

Found out it was the rear cam seal i changed it and no more leak read i should chang the pcv under the intake manifold i changed it and after a couple days i noticed smoke from the tail pipe wen idleing now it has gotten worse and smokes more often did i do something wrong or could the flame trap do that or am i in real trouble. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
