Volvo xc70 awd, model 2009-starting delay
I recently bought a 2nd hand Volvo XC70 and a starting delay (3~5 seconds) noticed. Volvo UAE Service Agent (Trading Enterprises) checked and informed that the Fuel Pump pressure is not stable, hence a replacement is advised.
I would like to know,
1) Any other possible reason(s)?
2) If so, is it possible to service fuel pump and any recommended service agents in UAE?
3) Cost of new Fuel Pump including accessories (please provide part numbers with description)
