Hi guys, I have a problem with my volvo s90...
Especially on a cold engine, there is a long delay when shifting from Parking Gear to Drive Gear. It takes up to 45 second for the car to gear in and accelerate. Should I worry?

I took it to a local shop and they changed the transmission filter and fluid and said it was really dirty. But the problem is still there...

Hi and welcome to VolvoForums.

I'd say you are in need of a transmission. Should go into gear within 3 seconds. I would make sure the fluid level is correct according to the owners manual. How many miles are on the car?
