Default Wheel Whistling caused by bearing?

Have a high pitched whistling coming from from left wheel area. Replaced pads and rotors about 3 weeks ago as they were pulsating and I thought that might be the culprit. Whistling did not go away but pulsating did...till now. Pulsating is slightly returning and whistling is getting slightly worse day by day. Could this be a loose (wobbly) bearing that caused old rotors to deform and is now slowly starting to do the same to new rotors?..Hence the cause of the pulsating?..Which briefly went away with new bearings as they were straight?

Did you mean to say new rotors were straight?

My apologies, I DID mean to say rotors were straight, not bearings.
