Hi all. I am in Natick, MA right near the Lee Volvo actually. I am looking at a 89 and a 92 Volvo 240 wagon, butthese things will probably rust. I am looking to drive them as a daily driver, and will be driven on the Mass Pike throughout the winter.

Any suggestions for preventing rust? I know I shouldnt even be driving them on the perfusely salted roads in the first place, but if I am going to, what measures can I take to prevent the car from ultimate failure?

Also I would like to hear what people with older models are doing to prevent rust?
