1995 Chevy Suburban - sold to a family friend and then totalled.
1995 318is - traded in for my Acura MDX, sold at local auction.
2006 Acura MDX - sold it back to the dealer cause it was crap.
2000 BMW 323Ci - gifted it to my younger brother who then sold it for a down payment (little sh*t) on his fancy M5.
1991 BMW 325IX - sold it to a friend to pay for a different 325IX (I wanted another color combo and transmission), he then totalled it less than a month later.

Default The mobile loves of my life

1956 Chrysler New Yorker (I loved that car) I was 17 and didn't know how how to care for and feed it. Sold for junk.
1959 Chevy Bel Air. My first engine rebuild. Sold for a profit.
1960 Plymouth Fury. My first V8. My father took it away from me.
1966 Plymouth Fury II. A sensible car. I sold it.
1965 Karmann Ghia convertible. Nothing but fun. It died in Tennessee while I was changing stations in the Air Force from Mississippi to New Jersey. I hated to leave it.
1966 Rambler 4 door. My mom gave it to me because I couldn't afford to buy anything else. I gave it back to her 4 years later.
1965 GMC P/U. Lots of smoke, but lots of soul. Sold it when I got a:
1970 Dodge P/U. A real work horse. It took me from Texas to Maine when I got out of the service and was my work truck for 5 years. When the engine blew, I sold it for more than I paid for it because it was a Texas truck. No rust.
I got a Ford Capri after that because it was almost free, but I had to give it to my newly minted ex-wife. (I'm never getting married again. I'm just going to find a woman that I don't like and give her a house.)
For 10 years I lived in walking distance to work in a city (Portland Maine) and didn't own a car.
9 years ago I got a 92 240 with 170,000 miles on it. I live in an apartment and am limited on what I can do to it, but I'm lucky in that I found a great mechanic who I really trust who only works on Volvos (and Saabs) and charges 1/2 what the dealer does. He's done things for me for free and he's told me, on more than one occasion, "There's nothing more that this car needs. Just keep the oil changed and bring it back once a year for a check-up". Half of the time, he doesn't charge me for those either.
My question: I need a rear passenger door. Is a door from a sedan the same as a wagon? I have a sedan.
