Good news, the hipster years only cover until 85 (bug eye years?), so at least you can still get a 240 between 86-93 and not be ironical. Even better, the later years added airbags. Safety....totally not hipster.

I found this funny. However, it's ironic that I own a 240 wagon, and a Mercedes 300D. I've lately been considering purchasing a Saab 900 Convertible that's near hear too. All things mentioned in this. Ah well. I love my European cars!
