My wife's HP DV6000 would not boot (looping) and my cousin told me that it will work if I bake the mother board for 3 minutes at 350 degrees F. So I pulled the mother board and baked it. Works like a champ now.

 

Common issue on a lot of computers and electronics. The solder connecting some chip(s) cracks and makes a bad connection. Baking it causes the solder to reflow, repairing the connection. This method actually works for 850/S70 ABS modules, too, though it's better to strengthen the bad connections with additional solder!

 

Will it work for the fuel pump relay?
