Well said. Here's my 2 cents. "Study our history, so we don't repeat it" and "Don't rely on man, rely on nature" Here's links to "cures" used in the 1918 flu that killed 50 million people. And links to modern doctors who now understand how they worked.

Default Thankyou!

Thankyou your the only one who responded to a real message of hope and realness.
everybody else seems to just be slaves to their volvos and looking for parts and troubleshooting minor things!
Peace to you and thanks for being in the light.

move this thread to "off topic" board - as this this really off topic to anything Volvo related.

Default Wow

Of course its Volvo related young man. Without life you dont have a volvo. For you to say that is a microcosm of whats important to you.. Only a silly car... So sad

dude, chill. I only moderate the forum and keep some organization to allow members to view and contribute as they see fit. this has nothing to do with my personal values or situation. I do appreciate the complement being to referred to as "young man", haven't heard that reference in about 40 years... I'm sure people share your wishes, angst and hopes, they just may not do so publicly. This is life during war-time which few have ever experienced before. We have more information, better decision making and better technology to get through what history says is a 100 year event. People are already rising to the call, whether its managing social distancing, helping the vulnerable or serving on the front line in a critical service job.

If I may butt in. Remember that famous quote - "Dead people don't drive Volvos". Whether it's where to go for the best tuneup or how to save your life, so you can continue to use your driver's license, they're all related. Look at the BIG picture.

Thank you, moderator! You are helping a lot more by being normal and doing the normal forum duties than giving in to the unwarranted drama and hysteria...

Yes, only be hysterical about your Volvo, not people dying.
