Default VW Forums

Hi,

I have been looking into the VW Forums and have found there are many available, but I still haven't found one that seems to have good support like this forum. Can anyone suggest a good forum? I will be working on my brothers 2000 Passat and need some info.

Thanks, 3B

VW Vortex. Only problem is that it's incredibly large and the forum moves incredibly fast.

Your post could easily go to page 10 (on the forum list, not of your thread)in a day.

I've never found any forums that provide the level of support that I see/get on this forum. (Which is why I post questions about all sorts of non-Volvos in the Off-Topic category).

I've got a Jetta and have used the Vortex forums for info. The Mk IIII Jetta forum is very active but the problem is it is filled with people who really just want to mod the %$#@ outta their car, not fix it. I did get some good info on Jetta's in general in what to look for when buying one but most posts (I'm not sure if the Passat forums are like this or not though) deal with putting XX Year headlights or side view mirrors on ZZ Year car.

I found autotropolis.com a great help and it also has a variety of car models and make. If you own different cars. And of course this one really help Volvo owners, post yours in off topic threads.
