whaddya know, i get supplies needed for an oil change and no problems there. i drive 45 min then the freakin headlight blows....again..argghh!!! Back to parts store. Got more bulbs and some sealant. I was told to seal the rubber around the headlamp to prevent moisture. And that concludes what I did to that S60 today!! Thanks for reading and allowing me to vent!!!
I replaced the bushing on the upper torque mount on my V70. Worked really well with a home-made pressing tool using this write-up:

I was quoted $150 for this job at indie mechanic - parts cost me ~$10. So glad about the savings.

Attempted to clean the extremely stuck on brake dust off the rims with brake cleaner...worked great, too great. started to take off the "paint" or whatever makes the rims silver. guess I'll have to deal with the brake dust spots for now.....
Order the P21s Gel... It works wonders... and it wont hurt your wheels.
Took a trip to the U-Pick and spent a quick $4 on some minor stuff.

Did a rough mock-up of the Intake that im making... Key word rough!

Next is to mock up a final draft to EXACT size.
Transfer to the aluminum.
Fire up the Plasma and cut it out
Weld it up..

New intake gasket, flame trap cleaned and repaired, rebuilt injectors installed.
One freaking spark plug changed (after 2.5 hours and removing part of the exhaust manifold) the rest are almost hopelessly stuck.
Next up is a brake caliper rebuild and wheel replacement.
