I live in Lagos, Nigeria where there is very little or no technical assistance whatsoever. I have a very peculiar problem with my engine:
I have a Volvo Penta type 5.7 gsi pefs coupled with a velvet drive direct shaft and installed on a 1994 Ski Nautique closed bow.
The engine starts perfectly well and runs for 30mins or so without any issues. After 30 mins you start noticing a mild "jerk" or a drop from 4.000RPM to 3,800RPM. After Waterskiing and coming back home. The "jerks" or drops are more noticeable at 4,000RPM to 3,000RPM and also more violent -nearly stalling- at lower speeds.
I have changed 3 fuel pumps, installed a water separator, cleaned the petrol tank and changed the fuel lines. Also changed the fuel/air sensors and distributor coil. Also changed the spark plugs.
I am lost on what to do anymore and your assistance and support will be highly appreciated!
I am attaching all the videos and pics you need to assist you.
