Volvo 5.7 GSI - Bad Gas Removed, Still Won't Start
Hi There,
I'm new here. I've got a 1999 Volvo 5.7 GSI that I had winterized about five years ago. We put it away when we started having kids, and now that they're older, we are looking to take it back out. Unsure if the fuel stabilizer would last but optimistic, I tried to start it out of the gate (after replacing the battery). It tried to start and almost did a couple of times, but nothing. I read up on the gas (as I should have sooner), pumped it all out, added a can of SeaFoam and added one gallon per 2 oz of SF. Still won't start. Before I take it into the nearest tech center which is a little over an hour away, does anyone have anything I can check, do, or try? I'm plenty good mechanically, I've stripped a couple of my cars down to the block and rebuilt, but I don't really understand marine engines to be honest. Any help would be appreciated.
