Good afternoon! We have a penta Volvo D6 – 330A-F that has a crack in the block. We are trying to get a replacement and it has been tough to locate either an entire engine or just a long block. It looks like there are many options for the D6–330 but I can’t quite get a firm answer on if they will all be exact same motors. This one needs to be exactly the same to fit onto the Volvo outdrive. We are not looking to get a new outdrive or do any work on the transom or refit a motor. I work for the federal government so doing the paperwork and contracting is quite a chore. As of right now a vendor has found one in Indonesia but it is only a D6330 with no letters after it. With this fit and be a perfect match for our existing D6330A-F? Any help is greatly appreciated!
