It's time to let my wagon find a new home, Pick up in North/west Ohio near Findlay/Bowling Green

If I didn't need a second four wheel drive vehicle, I'd be fixing the wagon, but my budget is very tight, so my toy has to go.

First the bad, one or both fuel pumps are in need of replacement. Speedometer works perfectly between 0-50mph. I have all the trim and most of the clips to re-attach the lower moldings. Interior, for a '90 240 is decent with the regular problematic plastic pieces.

Secondly, the pump died and I tried to tow the car, regrettably the strap slipped and broke the steering shaft inside of the tie rod end.

She will need a steering rack and fuel pumps, otherwise, this is a terrific 245.

The good stuff, and there is a lot.

Less than 15K miles on a professionally rebuilt transmission, new center bearing at the same time. New fluid and filter in the transmission about 500 miles ago. I have $1500 in this transmission.

Rebuilt front end, new ball joints and suspension parts from FCP.

New timing belt, fan belts, thermostat and radiator hoses less than two years ago. Along with Bosch plugs and Bougicord plug wires.

All new tail light and marker light lenses two years ago, all the lights work.

Replaced rear shocks, ignition switch and entire exhaust system about a year ago.

New windshield wiper motor about six months ago, New brake pads front and back, new front rotors last January. It has less than 3000 miles on $400 worth of brake work!

I've been fairly obsessive about maintenance on the car, regular oil changes with Castrol and Bosch filters. New air filters as called for ect.

The best part, this was a southern car, there is very little rust, Body wise this is one of the cleanest/straightest 245's you will ever find. Comes complete with beauty rings and third seat.

I have $3000 in parts and repairs on this car, a lot of the tough stuff is already done, if you have a spare steering rack and an open weekend you can have a 245 capable of crossing the continent.

Brakes, suspension, transmission, and engine are all well maintained and reliable.

You can't buy all the parts for what I am asking, $1400 o.b.o. picked up outside Findlay Ohio. Bring a trailer.

Would also consider trading for a Jeep Cherokee, I need four wheel drive.
