‘89 Volvo 245 window trim tape

Volvo trim tape:

I have a 1989 Volvo 245 station wagon and love it. I would like to replace the trim tape that runs just below the windows on each side of the car, but can’t seem to find the tape. How wide is that tape, and does anyone know where I could get it. Thanks!

240-fan, no, he's referring to the black vinyl trim tape that was put on late model 240's, see Parish's link for pictures.

gotcha. Were these a factory option during certain years? My '91 does not have it and I don't believe I ever saw it on the very few late 80s 240s that show up occasionally at the local JYs.

our 87 240gl had it. I think most all late 240's had it, I know my daughter's friend's 93 'limited edition' has it too. maybe yours got repainted at some point and they didn't bother to reapply it ?
